I taught Vivi once in a fall 2009 section of the COMM 345 (history of communication) course, and it was a memorable experience. Among the some 65 students in the two sections of 345 I taught—and hence across the entire BAPC oncampus program—Vivi was one of two students who received an A-plus grade. That would put her in the top 2% of the class. Vivi’s particular strength as a student is her writing. She writes with a proficiency that is startling in an undergraduate.
